Susan, if you are attracted to a softer composed Oud, try Bond No 9′s New York Oud. My first thought as I sprayed it on, pretty.

I loved Le Labo Oud. It came across as sweet to me, as well, and that’s what intrigued me. A lot of Ouds (like Kilian) are too harsh and sharp for me. I liked that this one went in the direction of sweet and soft. It didn’t notice piss. I’ll have to work on detecting that note better.

WOW – This is intense. But so interesting given different people’s body chemistry. I’m sure diet has something to do with how your body reacts to a certain fragrance.
